Beijing Sports UniversityI will work as an assistant of my mentor Professor Xue Wenting in the Department of Sports Journalism at Beijing Sports University. 2016 Rio Academic Experience
The university coordinates a cross-cultural experience with the summer Olympic Games offering academic credit for students accepted to the scholars program. Official volunteers have used service hours towards their Mentorship. I will participate in the program and go to Rio to do my volunteer duty in Olympic Reunion Center. I also a part of the team who do the research about the topic “Uncertainty Avoidance and Perceptions of Health and Security Risks Impacting Attendance at the 2016 Rio Olympics. ” I am going to create a survey in Chinese, and use the social media to do the survey and collect data in China for the project. And use the results to finish my own thesis.
